The marketing department of Bouygues Telecom Entreprises wanted a tailor-made software to enable its remote sales force (400 simultaneous users) to finalize a purchase of services in less than 5 minutes. The software had to cover the entire sales process: formalization of offers, creation of customer accounts, design and follow-up of sales proposals and reporting.

The challenge was to have a single IT solution that could be used by both marketing and sales forces to ensure consistency, freshness and updating of sales data previously managed with several tools and data sources.
